The Community Development Director reports to the Executive Director. The Community Development Director’s primary responsibility is to establish a relationship with new prospects and their influencers in order to facilitate a tour, reservation, and successful move into the community. For this reason, this person must have a high-energy, motivated and outgoing personality.
The Maintenance Director will be responsible for the management and upkeep of the physical plants, amenities, and grounds. Additionally, they will be responsible for OSHA compliance and compliance with all State Regulations pertaining to the physical plant and safety of the community, including documentation of necessary tests, services, and drills.
A successful candidate for this position must have the ability to organize and execute appealing meals of consistent quality in a timely manner. Must be able to read and follow recipes. Requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Must handle standardized situations and incorporate moderate variables.
Occupational Therapist, PRN
At this time, we are seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to evaluating and treating patients/residents, communicating with families, physicians, and other health team members, maintaining documentation of services in the medical record, and conducting in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis in restorative techniques.
